Are you a chaos junkie?
Scroll to bottom of this post to watch Jon Kabat-Zin, Mindfulness Stress Reduction And Healing video. Jon will describe the revolution in medicine that has occurred over the past 30 years that has integrated the mind back into the body and developed a remarkable range of practices for integrating one’s experience, reducing stress, healing the body, coping more effectively with emotions such as anxiety, anger, and depression, and cultivating greater well-being and happiness.
Our monkey mind is often like a chaos junkie, constantly indulging in over-stimulation. But at the end of the day, it leaves our body, mind, spirit fragmented and cluttered with debris.

In order to harmonize and synchronize our ecosystem to be a clean open channel to give and receive new (fresh) energy we need to return to the calm at the center of the chaos.
Meditative practice is a methodology to return to that clean energy space; that place where infinite creation flows.
But does meditative practice mean you have to be a monk, a priest, or a yogi?
Definitely not. Meditation is merely a path to peace and it can be traveled in many ways.
What life activity brings you that sense of calm, the clean, clear space where infinite creation flows?
When you can clearly answer that question, you will know how to define meditation for yourself. Life is Qigong, energy skill, learn how to master your own energy skill in a way that resonates with you, because every life form is like a snowflake, or crystal. We may have similarities to other life forms, we are essentially composed of the same elements, but we are packaged in a variety of configurations and are therefore unique.
Don’t complicate the practice of your own Qigong mastery. Keep it simple, use the unique gifts of your own special configuration, and apply what resonates with you. Every being has a beauty and purpose. Be that beauty and purpose and be well and joyful, in grace and gratitude.
