I love a variety of music and I am drawn to listen to different kinds of music at different times.  Most often I choose complete silence, because it helps me to hear the music and the voice of spirit within myself. Other times I listen to instrumentals only, then there are times I listen to a variety of music with vocals.

Music has a way of affecting our consciousness, our attention and focus, our emotions, and even our physical expression. I love it when music explodes in tingling sensations of joy and well-being in my body. When a piece of music, a song, a voice gives me goosebumps it’s a high-five experience.
