LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Red Tent experience!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Red Tent experience!
With my whole heart I wish for more women to allow themselves the gift of this offering. I have been a giver all my life, always putting my needs and desires on the waiting list. It always seemed that was my obligation, my responsibility.
Then I realized so late, that self-care is not a luxury, it is a necessity. We must care for ourselves because our ability to care for others is dependent on our quality of being. The universal gift of life means that we must live fully and well to create balance and harmony. If we are not in balance and harmony, neither is the rest of the world we live in!
Some of my favorite highlights so far include:
From Sheila Kelly on Day 1:
🔆 Don’t let anyone else dictate your speed of life. and
🔆 It’s a choice between living life on the dimmer switch, or living to your fullest potential of brilliance!
From Sara Gottfried on Day 2:
I truly appreciate all the pointers about hormonal balance it is so relevant to me going through menopause now. I have a fairly keen sense of natural remedies and self-care techniques, but this really expanded my understanding in such a useful way.
From Kristin:
Refreshing openness and powerful communication of all of these concepts in a way that brings it home for women. REMINDING us that feminine energy is divine in a way that turns on all the lights. I’ve known about the divinity of feminine energy forever, I’ve talked about it, written about, worshiped it, etc., as you may have too, and yet, this is like being splashed in the face with cold water and snapped to a new level of awareness.
We have been in a state of conflict for so long, trying to be everything to everyone, everywhere, all the time, and convincing ourselves that if we aren’t multitasking 24/7 to accomplish this mission impossible, we are lazy, insignificant, and unworthy of existence. Truthfully the saddest thing is by trying to live up to everyone else’s concept of what our life should be, we are denying our soul purpose, our true dharma, our real reason for being.
Namasté ~ the divine in me honors the divine in you.
