Meditation for release …

Right here, right now, I release all that does not serve me well; What does not serve me well is gone.

We are creatures of habit with a tendency to create attachments and hold on to things. Initially, the thing we attached to may have served a real purpose. But over time its usefulness or its purpose diminished. Yet we continue to hold on to that thing, tenaciously, well past the expiration date of its service to us.
Why?
Because, we are creatures of habit, and we get comfortable with what is familiar to us.
We instinctively know that we are always changing, that change is inevitable and necessary, and yet we doggedly resist it.
In order to move forward, to progress, to evolve, to become all that we are meant to be, we must learn to let go of these attachments. We need to feng shui our house, our body temple, our mind … We must release what no longer serves us well.
It is important to take frequent inventory of our attachments and review their value of service. By releasing what no longer serves us, we liberate ourselves and open the channels that allow new creative energy to flow to and through us.
When you release your attachments, remember to offer genuine gratitude for their service and allow them to return to the universe to be transformed into profoundly more useful resources.
Now that you’ve released your hold onto what no longer serves you, you are free to create a new, improved version of your reality.
