Thank you for understanding

Compassion and non-judgment are the core foundations of spiritual health. Spiritual health is central to all other forms of health: physical, mental, and emotional — body, mind, spirit.
We are a microcosm of the macrocosm.
Fractal theory shows that a simple process goes through infinitely many iterations to become a very complex process. The Mandelbrot set, named after Benoit Mandelbrot, is a fractal.
Fractals are objects that display self-similarity at various scales. Magnifying a fractal reveals small-scale details similar to the large-scale characteristics. The patterns are repeated over and over again. Any change made in the small-scale fractal is replicated into the large-scale model.
So, how does this relate to body, mind, spirit, and furthermore, how does it relate to the importance of compassion and non-judgment for spiritual health?
It relates because everything is energetically connected through electromagnetic fields which are influenced by our inner experience of thought, feeling, emotion, and belief. These fields are implicated in everything from the immune response of humans across the planet, to climate, weather patterns, war & peace, our cognitive abilities, our ability to solve problems, etc.
Every being is energetically connected, regardless of conscious awareness of that connection. However, when we cultivate that awareness we begin to take that connection into consideration and it is reflected in our actions and our choices in life. We begin to shape our life experience in ways that may seem small and insignificant but those small and seemingly insignificant shifts and changes are patterns that are replicated and repeated throughout the universe, becoming infinitely more complex like the Mandelbrot set.
The heart is not simply an organ that pumps blood and oxygen throughout our bodies. It is also a powerful electromagnetic machine that is about 100 times stronger electrically than the brain and 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain!
Again, modern science is catching up with something the ancients already knew, that the heart is the center of consciousness, the seat of compassion, the core of wisdom. When we consult our heart and our brain together, we are infinitely more balanced and harmonious.
